Meet Max

I work in the spaces most people try to rush through - the pauses, the thresholds, the moments when life stops making sense in the old way. Over the years, I’ve learned that these liminal spaces aren’t mistakes or malfunctions. They’re part of the architecture of being human. They’re where the deeper work happens.
My coaching blends the practical with the mystical. I help people understand what’s shifting in their inner world - emotionally, mentally, spiritually - and I offer grounded tools to navigate those shifts without collapsing into fear or forcing themselves back into familiar patterns. At the same time, I honour the subtle, symbolic, and often mysterious intelligence that emerges in liminal states. I’ve seen again and again that these in‑between places carry their own kind of guidance, if we know how to listen.
I don’t position myself as someone with all the answers. I’m someone who has walked through many thresholds and learned how to read the terrain. I help people slow down, breathe, and recognise what is actually happening beneath the surface of their transition. Together, we explore the stories that are dissolving, the identity that’s reshaping, and the new possibilities beginning to form.
My approach is clear, steady, and human. I offer clarity without pressure, structure without rigidity, and space without leaving you alone in it. I believe that transformation doesn’t require force - it requires awareness, compassion, and the willingness to stay present with what is emerging.
If you’re standing at a threshold - between identities, between chapters, between worlds - I’m here to walk with you. Not to pull you forward, and not to push you back, but to help you recognise the quiet intelligence of the moment you’re in. Liminal spaces aren’t empty. They’re generative. They’re where the next version of you begins to take shape.

Meet Heidi

I’m 44, a mother of three, and a master’s student in psychology, bringing together personal insight and academic grounding in the way I work. My experience spans many settings and communities, always centred on supporting people as they grow into their fullest potential.

I’m naturally organised and love guiding ideas from their earliest spark into fully realised projects. Creating structure, clarity, and momentum is something I take real joy in.

Within Liminal Spaces, I coordinate projects and organise events, acting as the first point of contact for the community. Whether I’m directing queries to the right place or offering support myself, my focus is on making the experience smooth, welcoming, and connected.

I’m excited to be part of this evolving space and to collaborate on work that honours transition, possibility, and the many ways we move through change.
